Bottle Shock

It appears I won't need to wait for Bottle Shock to come to the Columbia Valley (which could be awhile because we're far from being a primary market for film releases).

I just returned from a week of vacation (spent writing about wine) and found a review copy of the movie on my desk, thanks to the effort of Managing Editor Eric Degerman, who worked with the agency to receive the DVD.

With any luck, I'll be able to get some time on the TV in the next day or two when my 4-year-old isn't begging for something Disney-related.

Look for a review here and in the Fall issue of Wine Press Northwest.

How about a party??

You have a copy of the movie? Do you have a nice big TV? I'll bet you could get a few of us to come over with our favorite bottles of vino if you popped that sucker in the DVD player!

I was on the Bottle Shock website today, and there is still no mention of the movie playing in Spokane. The Seattle area, yes, on two screens, but not here. Bummers.....

Cheers!
Tim

Bottle Shock

I screened it a few weeks back and am looking forward to reading what you think about the flick. I'll keep my thoughts to myself for the moemnt. :) (Didn't review it in our August issue because of timing, however.)

Enjoy!
