NW Wine Summit drawing to a closeWe're wrapping up the superlative rounds for the massive Northwest Wine Summit competition at Timberline Lodge on Oregon's Mount Hood. Some 20 judges have been tasting through more than 1,150 wines since Sunday afternoon. This is, by far, the largest and most important wine competition in the Pacific Northwest. Judges currently are looking at wines for the best red/white/dessert/fortified and fruit categories. We've already figured out the best sparkling and rosé wines, as well as best Idaho and Alaska wines. Judges will determine the best of show within an hour. We will post results here as soon as possible.
