The Wine Knows

Two upcoming workshops in Western Washington will help those interested in learning how to make wine. Both are offered by Washington State University.

The first is this Friday at Olympic Cellars in Port Angeles and is offered by WSU Extension of Clallam County. It is an introduction to wine grape production in cool climates. It costs $40 per person. More info.

The second is June 30 in Mount Vernon and is on basic winemaking. The cost is $125. More info.
