More from the Newbie

I want to start by thanking 'aperdue' for giving me some great advice on my last post. You obviously really know your stuff when it comes to wine. My post was about a wine B2C Wine offers at a discount price. It was my first experience with ordering wine online and I felt that it warranted the opinions of my fellow wine enthusiasts who were probably much more well versed than myself. As you may already be able to tell 'aperdue' came through for me with some really great advise and in return I want to post my resulting experience.

The wine in question was 2004 Klingele Vineyard Syrah which typically goes for $30, but was being sold for $24. After reading the positive review left on my post I decided to order 4 bottles. I didn't know what to expect as I have never ordered wine online, but B2C Wine quickly delivered my purchase.

I still have two out of four bottles left, however the first two didn't last long. I decided to use them as experiments. One would be popped open and immediately sipped down by my "thirstier" friends, while the second was brought out during a dinner with my...umm... "less alcoholic" friends and left to breathe. The decision was clear this wine needs some time to breathe.

I hope this helps steer more people who are new to the wine scene into being more adventurous with their wine purchasing experience.
