The Wine Knows

I ran across a new blog that focuses on the area known as the Treasure Valley in southwestern Idaho, heart of the Idaho wine industry.

This is the first blog I've run across that focuses specifically on the food and wine of Idaho, so I'll definitely keep an eye on it.

If you haven't paid much attention to the wines coming out of Idaho, now is a good time to start. Vintners from the Gem State have their new Snake River Valley appellation, a number of new producers and some seriously good locations for vineyards. They have all the momentum in their favor.
