Bob Bertheau's passion for Riesling

On Monday evening, Wine Press Northwest sat down over dinner to chat with Bob Bertheau, head winemaker for Chateau Ste. Michelle. We had a wide-ranging conversation, everything from the gorgeous Cinsaut he brought for us to taste to alternatives to cork. The conversation ultimately came back to Riesling, the noble white grape variety for which Ste. Michelle has become so famous.
