2007 Northwest Wine Summit entry forms

Are 2007 entry forms available? If yes, where can I get one? We are trying to lay out our 2007 competition plan and want to definitely include this competition.GS

Wine Summit

Wine Press Northwest is involved in the Northwest Wine Summit (the largest judging of Northwest wines), but we do not run it. It is owned and operated by Parks Redwine (yes, that's his real name) of Atlanta, Ga.

I will see what I can find out about the competition.
